HR Manager – Permanent – Belfast
MCS Group is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a well-established and growing financial services organisation to appoint a skilled and proactive HR Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced generalist to lead a broad HR function, working closely with senior leadership to shape people strategy while delivering hands-on operational support.
The role:
As HR Manager, you will take ownership of the full employee life cycle, ensuring a consistent, compliant, and people-focused HR service across the organisation. You’ll combine strategic thinking with a practical, solutions-focused approach, supporting managers and employees across the group.
The main responsibilities:

Act as the go-to HR expert, providing trusted advice to managers and senior leaders.

Lead recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Oversee performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
-
Develop, review, and implement HR policies in line with employment law and business needs.

Partner with finance to manage payroll and benefits administration.
-
Coordinate training programmes to support capability building and career growth.

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with NI and UK employment legislation.
The ideal candidate:

Proven experience in a similar HR generalist role.

CIPD qualified (Level 5 minimum).

Strong knowledge of UK and NI employment law and HR best practice.
