HR Manager – Fixed Term Contract (until September 2026)
In this role, you will provide expert HR support, contribute to strategic initiatives, and ensure compliance with employment law. You’ll also drive recruitment, training, and employee development while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Education & Experience
- 3+ years’ HR experience.
- CIPD OR part-qualified or working towards certification
- Knowledge of NI and ROI employment law, recruitment, and training best practices
Skills & Attributes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience handling staff queries and supporting HR projects
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Additional Information
- Occasional travel to our client’s additional sites in NI and / or ROI depots may be required
- Salary: £42-£45k pa
