HR Business Partner
We are working with a global leader to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner to join the HR team in Newry. This is a permanent role with an excellent salary, benefits package and bonus structure. There is a hybrid working model.
The HR Business Partner will drive HR initiatives that align with business objectives, partnering with leadership to shape and deliver people strategies in a fast-paced, high-achieving environment.
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for:
- Partner closely with senior leaders, managers, and employees to implement and enhance HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Lead key HR functions including:
- Workforce planning,
- Talent management
- Employee relations
- Performance management
- Organisational development
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring HR practices align with company goals and culture.
- Identify and address HR challenges and opportunities in response to evolving business needs.
What you will need to have for the HR Business Partner role:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline
- 35 years of experience in HR or people management within a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment, or a large-scale organization undergoing significant change and growth
- Proven expertise in employee relations, performance management, and talent development
- Strong interpersonal and influencing abilities, particularly at the senior leadership level.
- Track record of problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic, evolving business settings.
- Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
