We are hiring for our client, a leading, high quality service provider across the healthcare and hospitality sectors. With continued success and expansion, they are seeking an experienced, permanent HR Business Partner for their Belfast site.
This is a pivotal, full-time role for a senior HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, operationally driven environment. The successful candidate will lead all aspects of HR; developing internal talent, embedding engagement strategies, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation across multiple jurisdictions.

The Role:
- Foster a values-led culture focused on engagement, inclusion, and collaboration
- Lead company-wide recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Champion wellbeing initiatives and employee support programmes
- Coach managers and develop people management capability across the business
- Implement succession planning and drive internal career development
- Design and manage a performance management framework aligned to business goals
- Ensure full compliance with employment law across NI and ROI
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and systems
- Lead HR reporting to support the PLC group’s strategic objectives
- Use HR data and insights to influence strategic decisions and continuous improvement
- Mediate employee relations matters and embed strong communication channels
- Drive employee engagement through surveys, feedback, and action plans
The Person:
- Degree-qualified in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally within a multi-site or operational environment
- Strong knowledge of employment law in both NI and ROI
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility
- Skilled in coaching, performance management, and employee engagement
- Commercially aware and data-driven in HR planning and reporting
- Adaptable, solutions-focused, and able to operate with discretion and professionalism
