HR Assistant – Belfast – Flexible Working Hours
MCS Group is proud to be partnering with a long-established, locally based business experiencing strong growth to recruit an HR Assistant for a full-time, office-based role in Belfast.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong numerical skills and Excel experience, ready to take ownership of a broad range of HR duties as well.
The Role
-
Be the go-to person for all HR admin and queries

Maintain accurate staff data: hours, holidays, sickness

Manage recruitment admin from advert to induction

Handle payroll inputs for starters, leavers, overtime, and more

Support grievance/disciplinary processes and ensure compliance

Use Excel and HR systems to track and report data
What You’ll Need
-
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills

Good numeracy and written communication

Experience with HR systems or NS Data (bonus!)

Previous HR admin or coordination experience preferred

CIPD qualification (or working towards) desirable
