Job Title: HR Advisor (6-Month Contract) Location: Antrim Civic Centre Pay Rate: £16.37 per hour Client Sector: Public Sector About the Role: We are seeking an HR Advisor for a 6-month agency contract to support our client’s HR team at Antrim Civic Centre. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional to provide key HR support and advice across a range of functions. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-line HR advice to employees, managers, and applicants. Assist with recruitment processes, including job advertisements, shortlisting, and interviews. Support with sickness absence reviews and pre-employment checks. Prepare HR documentation such as job offers, contracts, and reports. Maintain HR records and ensure data protection compliance. Act as HR representative in disciplinary, grievance, and harassment investigations. Essential Experience & Skills: CIPD Level 3 qualification or 2+ years’ HR experience. Experience in recruitment, HR administration, and managing employee queries. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with HR systems and processes. Why Apply?
