HR Advisor – Craigavon

Reporting to: Senior HR Advisor / HR Business Partner
Are you a proactive and people-focused HR professional looking to make a real impact? We’re seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our dynamic team in Craigavon, where you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality, generalist HR service that supports both our people and business strategy.
As an integral part of the HR team, you’ll work closely with the HR Business Partner to manage day-to-day operations, support employee relations, and drive initiatives that enhance engagement, compliance, and development across the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the Group People Strategy and site-specific plans
- Advise managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment law
- Manage employee relations cases including conduct, capability, and grievance
- Maintain accurate HR systems and ensure data confidentiality
- Drive absence management initiatives and support return-to-work processes
- Coordinate training compliance and support learning & development activities
- Partner with managers and Talent Acquisition on recruitment and onboarding
- Promote health & safety, ethical compliance, and community engagement
- Lead and support employee engagement forums and well-being events
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, practical, and solution-focused
- Experience with HR systems and data handling
Desirable:
- CIPD qualification (or working towards)
- Experience in manufacturing and/or food industry
