About you

  • Hold a minimum of five GCSEs (Grade C or above), or an equivalent qualification, including English and Maths.
  • Have a minimum of two years’ experience working in a busy office setting, providing a variety of business support functions such as diary management and administrative assistance for meetings.
  • Previous experience within a Human Resources setting would be an advantage.

What you’ll do

  • Support the Human Resources team in maintaining and updating training records.
  • Act as the primary contact for any Human Resources-related queries.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for staff and managers.
  • Communicate effectively with external providers and partner organisations.
  • Work closely with the finance team to process and follow up on invoice payments.
