HR Administrator
Location: Belfast (Fully Onsite)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
An established and growing organisation is seeking a detail-focused HR Administrator to support day-to-day HR operations. This is a fully onsite role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy office environment and wants to take ownership of key HR Administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for HR-related queries

Maintain accurate records of working hours, holidays, sickness, and overtime

Assist with disciplinary and grievance procedures

Manage recruitment processes, from applications to onboarding
-
Collect and prepare data for payroll and statutory reporting
Essential Criteria:
-
GCSEs in Maths and English
-
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word

Excellent communication and organisational abilities
-
Good numerical accuracy
Desirable:
-
CIPD qualification (or working towards it)
-
1-2 years’ experience in a similar HR role
-
Experience with Time and Attendance systems
-
Background in an office-based administrative role
