We are currently recruiting for a Housing Admin Office Manager to join our Team!
Job Summary:
You will be responsible for planning, implementing and delivering quality service by supervising a team of housing administrators to ensure all Tarasis Housing administration, policies and procedures are managed and maintained in accordance with regulatory bodies and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Supervise housing administrators, delegate tasks, monitor performance, and handle staff recruitment, training, and appraisals.
Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient admin processes, manage queries, resolve complaints, and maintain accurate records in the Housing Management System.
Compliance & Safety: Oversee statutory checks for residential, communal properties and HMO properties, ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, and maintain data protection standards.
Reporting & Communication: Prepare reports and audits for senior management, coordinate meetings, and liaise with internal departments and third parties
What we’re looking for:
- 2 years’ experience managing staff in a busy office
6 months experience in a Housing setting with knowledge of standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on your own initiative
Excellent attention to detail and ability to gather, collect and analyse data
Proficiency in computer systems and software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Full EU driving licence
