Total Care Recruitment are working with our client, to recruit passionate and dedicated staff for their services in Cookstown. These roles support people with complex needs, including those experiencing homelessness, involvement with the criminal justice system, or dealing with mental health and addiction.
Location: Cookstown (Molesworth Street)
Salary: £12.60 per hour / £83 flat rate for sleep-in shifts
Hours: Key Responsibilities:

Support service users with offending background in improving quality of life.

Assist in case management and referrals to external services.

Contribute to service user support and risk assessments.

Maintain accurate case files and adhere to safeguarding policies.

Encourage service users to develop life skills (cooking, cleaning, personal care).
Essential Criteria:

4 GCSEs A-C including English and Maths (or equivalent).

Willingness to work a rota including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Good ICT skills (Microsoft Office, Email).

Willingness to register with NISCC.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable:
-
Experience working within social care and with challenging behaviours.

Driving licence and access to a car.
