Class 2 Driver – Newry Area (Immediate Start)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of an award-winning independent wholesale company for an immediate start in the Newry area. This role is offered on a temporary-to-permanent basis, providing an excellent opportunity for long-term employment.

Working Hours & Remuneration:

Monday to Friday
05:30 start – finish (guaranteed 8-hour day)
£15.07 per hour
Overtime available after 45 hours, paid at time and a half

Key Responsibilities:

Loading and unloading goods efficiently and safely
Delivery Driver
Multi-drop deliveries across Northern and Southern Ireland
Direct customer interaction, ensuring professional service
Secure transportation of goods using cage and pallet systems
Daily vehicle checks to maintain roadworthiness

Requirements:

Valid HGV Class 2 Licence (clean record)
Up-to-date Digital Tachograph Card & CPC Card
Experience handling 8-10 deliveries per day
Strong knowledge of regional road networks
