VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Helpdesk Administrator for a major M&E contractor company based in Craigavon.
This is a Full-time position – Monday – Friday position (with an early finish Friday)
Permanent position – Position of work is Craigavon
Salary:
£24,000 + Benefits package & Growth Opportunities + Overtime (1.5x) – 36.75 hour position, any time over this is paid at 1.5x hourly rate
Responsibilities:
- Internal and external emails
- Raising and closing jobs on Facilities Management side of the business
- Raising Purchase Orders to our Supply Chain side of the business
- Answering the phone to clients and engineers
Ideal Criteria:
- Experience with Microsoft Office package
- Experience in a similar client/customer facing role
- Helpdesk experience
- Experience with CAFM systems advantageous
