Access Healthcare is now recruiting Health Care Assistants (HCAs) to join our growing team across Northern Ireland. Your Role:
- Provide personal care, hygiene, and daily living support
- Assist with mobility, nutrition, and emotional wellbeing
- Observe and report changes in patient conditions
- Promote dignity, respect, and independence for all service users
- Follow infection control and safeguarding policies

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous care experience (hospital, nursing home, or community care)
- A caring, empathetic, and professional approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable)
- Willingness to complete Access NI and mandatory training
