Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality (HSEQ) Manager
Mon-Fri (2pm Friday finish) – Greater Ballymena area

A rare opening at a Top 100 NI employer in the Greater Ballymena area for a hands-on HSEQ on-site at my clients impressive NI head office, you would be joining a busy inhouse H&S department responsible for promoting a culture of HSEQ thats going through an exciting period of growth and investment. You will be instrumental in the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of their HSEQ landscape and be involved in many exciting projects from the start.
In this role you will be responsible for reviewing the effectiveness and efficiency of current H,S&E management systems in place and conducting assessments of current measures in addition to supervising and coordinating work systems to ensure that the company meet the highest standards in safety and compliance.
To apply for this position, we would expect you to have the following:-
- Degree (or equivalent qualification) in a relevant discipline, ie: Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2/3 years hands-on experience in Health & Safety.
- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of relevant local/national/EU HSEQ legislation and standards.
- Experience with ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 management systems.
