About the Role:
As a Healthcare Assistant with Leadcare, youll be part of a supportive and experienced team, working with clients to ensure their well-being, dignity, and independence. You will assist with daily activities, provide essential care, and offer companionship to those in need.
Applicants must have at least 6 months paid UK caring experience.
Salary: Up to £20.50 per hour – (£28,000 per year)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Supporting mobility and physical activity
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Ensuring clients comfort, safety, and dignity at all times
- Following care plans and reporting observations to the care team

- Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant
- NISSC Registered
- Excellent communication and caring skills
