Should you apply
- Ability to travel throughout UK, Ireland & Europe
- Relevant qualification in health and safety is essential
- Minimum of 3 years Construction H&S experience
- Knowledge & experience with ISO & other 3rd party accreditation systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence safety
- Knowledge and experience with construction regulations and roles
- Must be a team player
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Package
Duties:
- Conduct thorough safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Perform root cause analysis for incidents and near misses, providing actionable recommendations to prevent recurrence.
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures tailored to specific environments and operations.
- Prepare detailed reports on safety findings, including recommendations for improvements and compliance status.
- Provide training sessions on safety practices, first aid procedures, and emergency response protocols to employees at all levels.
