VANRATH is exclusively partnering with a leading NI technology business, to appoint a Head of People and Culture to a newly created role.
This role is pivotal in shaping and driving the company’s organisational culture, employee experience, and talent strategy. You will act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, fostering a workplace that prioritises inclusivity, innovation, and high performance.
As the Head of People and Culture, you will oversee all aspects of human resources, talent management, and culture initiatives, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and values.

The Person
Education and Experience
- Degree in Human Resources
- 3-5+ years HR leadership experience, with a focus on culture and employee engagement.
- Proven track record of scaling within an early stage tech start up (less than 100 employees)
Skills and Competencies
- Deep understanding of modern HR practices and trends
- Proven track record of designing and implementing impactful people strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organisational levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Experience managing HR operations in a high-growth or dynamic environment.
