Description
Head of Partnerships
Roles & Responsibilities:
The following duties and responsibilities are headline points only, the list is not meant to be exhaustive and shall include additional duties as required from time to time.
The Head of Partnerships will design, implement and own the end-to-end partner and reseller strategy, understanding key business objectives and aligning these with the same. Further responsibilities include:
- Report directly to the CEO on all partnership and reseller activity across agreed regions.
- Monitor results closely, course correct and bring solutions and creativity to ensure we achieve or exceed our goals across our service lines.
- Report accurately on sales pipeline against budgeted expectations.
- Collaborate with Account Managers/Directors and other teams to understand our marketplace and to keep abreast of opportunity across all sectors.
- Work closely with the Divisional Sales Director to achieve planned growth and identify cross sell opportunities. Work closely with Marketing delivering content creation to maximise customer engagement.
- Act as the key customer contact in the delivery of projects, co-ordinating the internal delivery team and managing customer expectations.
- Ownership of the creation and management of standardised sales materials, including customer presentations, reports and any other documentation deemed necessary to aid the sales process.
- You will be comfortable working in an environment that is rapidly changing and diverse in nature, to find solutions and present new opportunity.
- You will set the bar on professionalism and business-like conduct when dealing with all customers, suppliers and staff.
Qualifications
Essential Skills and Experience
- Considerable experience of partnership selling with significant experience within relevant technology organisations.
- Previous experience of working successfully in a 360 individual contributor role.
- Extensive experience of working with complex customer accounts and pushing sales across the line.
- An excellent relationship manager, with the ability to quickly build rapport and comfortable building effective relationships at all levels within an organisation.
- Creative problem solving skills and an ability to think outside of the box to help our customers and our team to achieve our goals.
