The Law Society of Northern Ireland has embarked on a programme of transformation to ensure it delivers real value and support to its 6,000 members. As part of this journey, the Society is seeking to appoint a Head of Member Services to join its Executive Team.

This senior leadership role will lead the Member Services Department, overseeing a range of professional support functions including communications, digital services and library services. The postholder will play a central role in developing new and innovative services that respond to the changing needs of solicitors across private practice, corporate and public sectors.

It is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to contribute to the continuing success of the Society, provide leadership in a time of change, and engage with members to evolve and enhance membership value.
