Senior Finance Manager, Tyrone, £55k to £75k We are currently recruiting for a finance director within the construction/manufacturing industry. This is a key leadership role, offering great career progression as you will be working closely with senior management. What Youll Be Doing: Prepare clear and insightful monthly and quarterly financial reports; collaborate with the Quantity Surveying team to analyse project margins and performance trends. Establish and oversee both project-level and corporate budgets; monitor variances and provide analysis to support improved forecasting and future planning. Lead the development of accurate financial forecasts, incorporating real-time project data and adapting to changes in programme timelines. Manage day-to-day cash flow requirements; work closely with operational teams to ensure effective oversight of WIP and sufficient working capital. Engage with key departments to ensure financial data informs strategic and operational decision-making across the organisation. What Were Looking For: Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). Proven experience in a senior finance role, ideally within a project or contract-based environment.
