MYM Recruitment are delighted to be working with our existing Ballymena client who are an award-winning transport and logistics company. Due to demand, they currently require a Groupage Transport Plannerto join their team.

Key Duties:

The successful candidate will be required to work closely with the Groupage Team to manage and coordinate the daily operations of the companys vehicles across the UK and Ireland, whilst liaising with drivers, sub-contractors, and customers.

• Helping to assist in the planning of daily work schedule and routing for drivers
• Preparing electronic manifests & paperwork for drivers and/or sub-contractors.
• Liaise with customers and provide updates as required.
• Inputting data on to our Transport Management System.
• General Administrative Tasks.

Essential Criteria:

• Groupage Transport Planning Experience.
• Excellent customer service skills to deal with customers, drivers and third parties.
• The ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
