Our client is a market-leading transport and logistics provider, delivering comprehensive haulage, warehousing, recycling, and asset disposal services across the UK and Ireland.

As a key member of the Groupage Team, you will be responsible for coordinating daily transport operations across the UK and Ireland. This involves working closely with drivers, sub-contractors, and customers to ensure efficient and timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning daily driver schedules and vehicle routing
• Prepare electronic manifests and delivery documentation for drivers and sub-contractors
• Communicate with customers to provide regular updates and resolve any queries
• Accurately input data into the Transport Management System (TMS)
• Carry out general administrative duties to support the transport team

Essential Criteria:

• Proven experience in groupage transport planning
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and third parties
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
• High level of attention to detail and organisational skills
