Group HR Manager

VANRATH is delighted to be partnering with a highly successful organisation, with the appointment of a Group HR Manager role on a full-time, fixed term contract basis, of 12 months.
The Group HRM will report to the Group HR Director and oversee the day to day running of the HR function, supporting employees across North and South of Ireland.
You will be an experienced HR Generalist with a hands-on approach, able to interact strategically with the SMT and capable to lead a small HR team of three.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, training and development, compliance, and more. You will play a critical role in implementing HR strategy, enhancing employee experience, and promoting a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.

- Degree in HRM or related subject and / or CIPD qualification
- Experience in a Management level role,
- Experience in manufacturing/construction or related industry
