This Group Head of IT appointment is a senior leadership role designed to shape and deliver a long-term IT strategy that supports growth, drives efficiency, and accelerates innovation. There is major investment in ERP integration, systems modernisation, and digital capability across the Group. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of these key programmes, including the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies and the application of AI to manufacturing and business processes. We are seeking a senior IT leader with experience of shaping and delivering technology strategy in a complex, multi-site environment. A proven track record in leading enterprise-level transformation projects, particularly those involving ERP and digital systems, is essential.
