This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in driving the companys continued growth and expansion, working closely with the Leadership Team. This position has the potential to quickly progress to Finance Director level, with support in place to ensure the GFC develops the skills and experience to step up into that role. The incoming GFC will be tasked with improving financial management and reporting, providing detailed data analysis and management information, leading and developing people, and acting as a true business partner. Preferred candidate requirements: Proven senior-level finance professional, with excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills. Ability to implement and manage financial controls and reporting frameworks Ability to develop and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking. Strong understanding of working capital management. Strategic outlook and value-add financial reporting. Margin optimisation and other commercial initiatives to drive value creation.
