This is a new role within Plumbmaster & Bathline, presenting a truly unique opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual to progress their career with one of the market leaders in the supply of Plumbing, Heating & Bathroom products.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the commercial team to deliver group strategies
- Forming strategic and collaborative relationships with our suppliers whilst ensuring quality products are secured at optimal prices.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with our branches, providing the support they need in order to increase sales & profitability to drive sustainable growth.
- Managing the end-to-end category proposition, enhancing our product offering to customers
- Liaising with stock controllers to ensure the availability of core stock lines at all times
- Maintaining internal communication to ensure product data is accurate on our computer system
- Presenting agreed monthly performance reports to the Senior Leadership team
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Commercial acumen, with knowledge of plumbing & heating products
- Leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Analytical mind
- Detailed approach to work
- Ability to manage multiple projects at any one time
- Proficient in MS Office
