Job Title: Maintenance Operative/Care Taker
Location: Coalisland
Rate of Pay: £12.21 per hour
Hours of Work: 45 hours per week – 7am-4pm Monday to Friday
Job Duties
- To ensure the site and grounds are maintained to a high standard as directed by our client
- Operate Ride-on machinery
- Emptying and sorting recycling
- Gritting of the grounds on-site
- Litter picking of the grounds
- Any other duties as required
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm
Essential Criteria
Full Driving License
Desirable Criteria
Previous experience in a similar role
Full on site training will be provided
