Role:Graduate Quantity Surveyor
Location:Dungannon
Hours:Monday Friday
Pay:£28,000 – £30,000
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join one of our longstanding clients, delivering Construction and Civil Engineering projects throughout the UK and Ireland

The Role:
- Negotiating and appointing sub-contractors to schemes
- Visit on site to view works completed, quality and management of costs
- Building close working relationship with Contracts Managers and Site teams to deliver quality projects
- Managing sub-contractor packages through from appointment to final account
The Requirements:
- Ability to work within a fast-paced office environment
- Full valid driving licence
- Third level degree qualification in Quantity Surveying
- Good working knowledge of construction contracts such as JCT/NEC contracts
- Willingness to travel
