This is a hands-on, varied role where you’ll be involved in designing, assessing, and supporting the production of our lintel range. You’ll work closely with our technical and factory teams to make sure everything we produce is strong, safe, and built to the highest standards.

Your Role:

Assist in the planning, coordination design, specification, and delivery of bespoke masonry support and brick slip systems.

Support the development and optimisation of the production and quality.

Participate in problem solving, testing and data analysis.

Help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required standard.

Get hands-on experience with cutting-edge building technologies

Contribute to innovation, sustainability, and quality on every project

What You’ll Need:

A degree in Engineering or a related discipline

Strong technical and analytical skills

A proactive mind-set and willingness to innovate

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Passion for structural design, construction management, and new technologies

Eligibility to work in the UK

Full UK driving licence
