Graduate Production Planner Newtownabbey up to £28k + bonus We are delighted to be working with one of NIs leading manufacturers and exporters to recruit for their new Graduate Production Planner to join them in Newtownabbey on a permanent basis and offering a generous salary, benefits and progression opportunities. Working within the engineering & manufacturing team, you will support management through; Create and maintain production schedules to ensure alignment with customer demand Communicate production schedules and changes effectively to all relevant stakeholders Place and manage Purchase Orders for stock, consumables and special items as required Liaising with suppliers Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of customer orders Create and maintain reports on supply performance, inventory levels and planning/purchasing activities – communicating issues to relevant stakeholders Maintain and update planning and purchasing information Support the Master Planner to identify and implement improvements throughout the planning, purchasing and inventory management processes What we are looking for Ideally educated to 3rd level in an engineering, supply chain or business Strong MS Excel skills (will be used for data analysis, inventory control, production schedules, supplier performance etc) Strong analytical skills for interpreting data related to inventory levels, production schedules, and supplier performance Experience in the use of ERP/MRP or similar is desirable Skills: excel planning engineering
