This is a hands-on, varied role where you’ll be involved in designing, assessing, and supporting the production of our lintel range. You’ll work closely with our technical and factory teams to make sure everything we produce is strong, safe, and built to the highest standards.

Your Role:

Assist in the design, specification, and delivery of bespoke masonry support and brick slip systems

Collaborate with experienced engineers, architects, and construction partners

Carry out technical calculations, CAD reviews, and structural assessments

Get hands-on experience with cutting-edge building technologies

Contribute to innovation, sustainability, and quality on every project

What You’ll Need:

A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline

Strong technical and analytical skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
