Im working with a fast-growing, purpose-led company in thesustainability sectorthats looking to hire aGraduate Business Development Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate who wants to kickstart their career in sales while contributing to meaningful environmental impact.

My client helps organisations reduce their environmental footprint through innovative, solutions. Their services are already used by major companies across the UK, and theyre expanding fast.

Youll be joining a mission-driven business where your development is genuinely supported and where high performance is rewarded.

?? What Youll Be Doing:

• Identify and research prospective clients in target sectors

• Reach out via phone, email, LI and at industry events

• Build relationships with sustainability leaders and decision-makers

• Book and support client meetings (virtual and in-person)

• Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to shape tailored proposals

• Keep the CRM system updated with leads, activity and pipeline progress

? Who Theyre Looking For:

• A recent graduate (any subject sustainability, business, geography or environmental science a plus)

• Passionate about sustainability and making a positive impact

• A confident communicator, professional and engaging

• Target-driven and motivated to grow in a commercial role

• Organised and proactive, with a willingness to learn

• Must have full, unrestricted, permanent right to work in the UK visa sponsorship is not available
