Responsibilities include addressing various client inquiries related to global payroll processing. Key Responsibilities: Collaborating with the team to manage global mailboxes and address a variety of client queries, often urgent, requiring the ability to work under pressure. Coordinating with our global network and technology team to ensure accurate processing of global payrolls and appropriate enhancements to our technology. Supporting the implementation of our global technology solutions. Leading regular client meetings to review global payroll KPIs, discuss technology enhancement requests, manage project plans and business requirements, and resolve any queries. Skills and Experience: You possess experience in an international payroll environment or within a payroll function. You demonstrate a proactive approach, embracing change and developing new methods of working. You have experience in a client-facing role and are confident in leading client calls, representing the PwC global payroll team.
