Global Mobility Officer

As we continue to grow, were looking for a Part-Time Global Mobility Officer to help us deliver a smooth and professional experience for international candidates and clients alike. This role will play a key part in supporting our recruitment operations particularly around visa processing and related documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and processing of visa applications
- Liaise with clients and authorities to ensure accurate documentation
- Maintain and organise records and files related to visa and immigration matters
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and document handling
- Respond to emails and phone calls in a professional manner
- Support with scheduling, reporting, and ad hoc office duties as required
About You:
- Previous administrative experience preferred (experience with visa processing is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Discreet and professional when handling sensitive information
