We are looking for a General Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and finishing of parts for the wet paint and powder coating process. Key Responsibilities: Preparing parts to be wet painted or powder coated Sanding and prepping parts for painting Performing other ad-hoc duties as required Skills & Experience: Experience in prepping parts to be painted Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment A good eye for detail and quality We have roles available for the following shifts: Day shift – 7am – 3:30pm or 8am – 4:30pm Back shift – 1pm – 11:30pm Benefits include: Progression opportunities Competitive rates of pay Onsite parking Quarterly Bonus scheme If you have experience in a similar role and are ready to be part of a growing team, wed love to hear from you!
