Job Title: General Joiner / Labourer – Precast Production
Location: Antrim
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm (flexible hours available)
Rate: Up to £20 per hour (depending on experience)
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Joiner or Labourer to join our team in Antrim, working on the mould and shuttering process for the production of precast concrete products.
You don’t need formal qualifications – just a good work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Previous experience in joinery, construction, or working with timber or concrete would be an advantage, but not essential.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in building and preparing moulds and shutters for precast concrete production.
- Carry out basic joinery and assembly work using hand and power tools.
- Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate mould setup and construction.
- Support the pouring, setting, and finishing of precast products.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
- Work as part of a small, friendly, and hardworking team to meet production targets.
Requirements
- Previous joinery, construction, or site labouring experience desirable but not required.
- Ability to understand and work from technical drawings.
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a good attitude to teamwork.
