McLaughlin & Harvey are one of the leading Building and Civil Engineering Contractors operating throughout the UK and Ireland.
We are seeking to recruit an experienced Gate Person to join our busy construction site in Portrush.
Responsibilities
As an experienced Gate Person you will be responsible for recording individuals, vehicles and all material deliveries entering and leaving site. You will also be responsible for the following:
- Ensure site signing in procedures are adhered to
- Record and control vehicles entering and leaving site
- Ensure delivery curfew times are adhered to
- Accurately record all material deliveries to site
Qualifications
Essential
- CSCS Card
Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Punctual, professional, and safety-conscious
- Build working relationships with both internal and external contacts
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues and external contacts
