Hours: Monday Friday, 9am5pm | Office Based

We are delighted to be recruiting two Front of House Receptionists to join a highly regarded professional organisation based in Belfast City Centre. These are excellent opportunities to become the first point of contact for members, clients, and visitors, while delivering a high-quality, professional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet all visitors, members, and clients in a professional manner.
- Provide an exceptional end-to-end service for members and external clients.
- Answer and manage all incoming reception switchboard calls, fielding enquiries across the organisation as required.
- Oversee and manage bookings for meeting spaces, ensuring smooth coordination and professional standards.
- Ensure all meeting rooms are set up correctly and maintained to agreed procedures.
- Manage refreshments provision, including catering orders, set-up, tidying, and replenishment.
- Support day-to-day office operations, ensuring the highest level of service delivery.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience in a Front of House, Reception, or hospitality role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, client-focused approach.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive and flexible attitude with attention to detail.
