Job Summary

Job Role: Front of House Officer- Theatres

Location: Across 3 theatres in Antrim, Ballyearl & Mossley Mill

Pay rate: £13.26 per hour

Hours: Casual with variable hours, focusing on evenings, weekends, and public holidays, in line with the theatre’s performance schedule

We are currently recruiting for casual front of house officers to work across 3 theatres in Antrim, Ballyearl & Mossley Mill this winter season.

The Front of House Officer plays a key role in delivering an exceptional visitor experience. This role ensures that all patrons are welcomed warmly, the theatre remains clean and well-presented, and that audiences are informed and engaged throughout their visit. The Front of House Officer will also support audience feedback collection and maintain a strong knowledge of all productions taking place during the contract period.

This casual work will be available from mid-November through to 4th January 2026.

Requirements:

– Previous experience in a front-of-house, hospitality, or customer service role is desirable

– Excellent customer service and communication skills

– Friendly, approachable, and professional manner

– Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment

– Ability to work calmly under pressure and adapt to changing situations

– Reliable and punctual, with a positive team-oriented attitude

– Interest in theatre, live events, or visitor experience

Please note:

– A Basic Access NI check is required before starting that you will need to cover the cost of (£16)
