Brook Street Recruitment are working on behalf of our Belfast client who are currently seeking a highly experienced Freight Forwarder with a strong background in deep sea freight to join their established team

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage international deep sea freight shipments from booking through to delivery

• Liaise with shipping lines, overseas agents, hauliers, and customers

• Prepare and manage all necessary shipping documentation

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure shipments meet all regulatory requirements

• Resolve any issues or delays efficiently and professionally

Requirements:

• Proven experience in freight forwarding, with a focus on deep sea freight

• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A stable work history – we are seeking individuals who have demonstrated longevity and commitment in previous roles
