Staffline Recruitment are working in partnership with my client, a large food processing company based in Duncrue, Belfast who are seeking 2 Forklift Driver/Production Operatives on a temporary to permanent basis
Rate of Pay: £13.50/hr
Hours are below fixed hours (rotational weekly) but some flexibility will be required:
14:00 – 22:30 – Mon- Fri
16:00 – 12:30am – Mon-Fri

Essential Criteria
- Must hold a valid counterbalance forklift licence
- Forklift experience
- Previously worked within a production environment
- Available for shifts
Job Duties
- Machinery and equipment safety checks as necessary
- To carry out forklift duties (Counterbalance)
- To use a rotator on counterbalance forklift as required
- If required be willing to undertake Reach Truck, electric pallet truck and pallet stacker training as required
- Ensuring department’s safety and hygiene
- Maintaining appropriate records for department
- To fulfil daily production requirements as instructed by the Line Leader/ Production Management Team
- Liaise with the different department as necessary.
- Responsible to keeping downtime and waste to a minimum.
- Willingness to learn and flexible.
- Engage in the ethos of continuous improvement.
- Engage in ensuring compliance with relevant sections of BRC & Customer food quality standards to ensure compliance.
- Work with Line Leader/ Production Management Team to meet the department goals your agreed KPI’s
