Due to ongoing demand they wish to recruit aForklift Operative for an immediate start.The role will involve working on the factory floor to meet the demands of the business and ensure that all orders are completed on time. Key Duties/Responsibilities include but may not be limited to: The candidate should ideally come from a factory/production background. Operating packing machines to the expected Health & Safety guideline. Meeting set targets whilst working on the production line. Taking on increased responsibility during night shifts. Ensure the effective implementation of a production quality system. Ensure implementation of company health & safety policies & procedures. To comply with all quality standards. Familiarise yourself with all relevant operational procedure and comply with all instructions. Ensure all equipment is maintained to a high standard. Essential Criteria: 1 years experience in a similar role Should be hardworking, honest, and reliable. Should be very hands on and be able to work as part of a team but also use own initiative.
