Your Role:

Assist with preparing & presenting food to high standards

Serve customers warmly , and help create a friendly atmosphere!

What You’ll Do

Help prepare & present food according to company & HACCP standards

Serve customers with a smile & promote a welcoming vibe

Operate the cashier & handle transactions

Keep tables & condiments clean & well-stocked

Set up & replenish food service counters

Undertake cleaning of walls, floors, equipment, pots, pans, crockery & glassware

Follow health & safety policies & ensure equipment safety

Monitor & record fridge & hot cupboard temperatures

Support with stock storage & admin procedures

Report incidents & hazards immediately

Your Success Looks Like:

Providing exceptional customer service

Maintaining cleanliness & hygiene standards

Following safety & food hygiene regulations

Working effectively with the team to improve performance

Skills & Qualities:

Previous catering experience preferred

Excellent communication & customer service skills

Strong personal hygiene & professional appearance

Ability to work flexibly & follow compliance standards
