As Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for Managing all aspects of the Restaurant & Bar team along with providing exceptional service. You will maintain consistent standards of service, ensuring guest satisfaction whilst creating a working environment that supports our values.
What do we need from you?
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 2 years previous managerial experience within a Food and Beverage service role, preferably within the branded market.
- Experience managing operations in multiple bars and 1 restaurant
- Strong Leadership skills
- Passion about the hospitality sector
- Exceptional levels of customer service
- Experience managing staff performance and customer complaints
- Exceptional communication skills
- Cash handling experience
- Previous experience managing budgets and monitoring expenditure
- Previous experience recruiting and training
- Previous experience implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols to ensure compliance
- Previous experience handling guest feedback and resolving any issues
