Fitter Co. Antrim

Were working with a leading manufacturing company in Co. Antrim, producing high-quality, technically advanced components. Theyre known for their innovation, precision, and strong team culture and right now, theyre looking for a Fitter to join the team.

The role

Youll be responsible for maintaining, modifying, and repairing die tooling to keep production running smoothly. This will include sharpening tooling, spotting dies and inserts, performing welding and finishing work, and using measuring instruments to ensure everythings completed to spec.

Youll also be involved in problem-solving, continuous improvement, and supporting other technicians through training and teamwork. Its a hands-on role that requires a mix of technical skill, initiative, and a strong focus on quality and safety.

What youll need

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in an industrial related discipline
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
  • A proactive approach someone who sees tasks through to completion
  • Flexibility to work shifts

Itd be great if you also have:

  • Tool fitting experience
  • Welding experience
