Honeycomb are thrilled to be partnering with a well-established wealth management company in the search for a Financial Services Administrator to join their Belfast team.
Our client is a market leading wealth management firm with 25 offices based throughout the UK and Ireland. They foster a team of passionate professionals who are driven and go above and beyond to understand their clients.
The Job
As the Financial Services Administrator, you will join the Belfast Financial Planning team and be responsible for providing administrative support to Financial Planners. Main duties will include:
- Working closely with Financial Planners and/or Investment Managers to deliver excellent client outcomes.
- Onboarding clients and processing new business.
- Building relationships with clients to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Liaising with operational teams where support is provided on activities.
- Preparing meeting packs and valuations when needed.
Your Package/Benefits:
- Salary range – £28,000 – £33,000 per annum, depending on experience

The Person
- Previous experience working in the wealth management industry
- Experience of providing support to Financial Advisors throughout end to end process
- Experience of dealing with HNW clients
- Knowledge of financial products
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships
- High Attention to detail and accuracy
