The Role:
* Lead and oversee all aspects of financial operations including month-end close, reporting, and compliance
* Manage and develop a team of 3 finance staff
* Business partner with senior stakeholders across departments to support strategic initiatives
* Deliver meaningful financial insights and performance reporting to support decision-making
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes
* Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and financial control
* Ensure ongoing compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements
The Person:
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
* Proven experience in a Financial Controller or similar senior finance role
* Strong people management skills and ability to lead a small finance team
* Commercial mindset with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and growing business environment
