An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and dedicated Financial Controller to join a global manufacturing business, supporting a high-performing team at a key site in Northern Ireland. As Financial Controller, you will take full financial responsibility for a multi-million-pound manufacturing operation, leading a small finance team and acting as a trusted advisor to the General Manager. You’ll oversee financial reporting, planning, compliance, and play a pivotal role in business strategy, commercial decision-making, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals.

• Deliver monthly reporting, forecasts, and strategic insight.

• Ensure financial control in line with GAAP and audit requirements.

• Oversee working capital management, including inventory and receivables.

• Drive business improvement with accurate, actionable financial information.

• Own budgeting, costing, and cycle count processes.

• Support implementation of new systems and Capex strategy.

• Partner with commercial teams on pricing and margins.

What Youll Bring:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent).

• Strong background in financial leadership

• Excellent knowledge of GAAP, financial systems, and internal controls.

• Skilled communicator, confident working with senior leadership.

• Advanced Excel and ERP system proficiency.

• Strategic mindset with a hands-on, detail-focused approach.
