About the company

A highly successful, established Mid-Ulster business are seeking to appoint an experienced Financial Controller to oversee the day-to-day running of their finance function. Overseeing a small finance team and reporting to the Board of Directors, this is an ideal role for any experienced Finance Managers/Financial Controllers seeking their next challenge.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts
• Leading a small, established finance team
• Preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Manage relationships with auditors and other key stakeholders
• Driving a culture of process improvement
• Business partnering with departmental managers
• KPI reporting
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or Qualified by experience with experience in a similar role
• Experience in leading and developing a team
• Strong commercial acumen
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong Excel and ERP skills
